Project Overview:
As part of a comprehensive training initiative, three distinct but interconnected online training sessions were conducted focusing on Conflict Resolution, Networking and Partnership, and Research and Kobo Tools. The target audience for these sessions was Syrian women, with the overarching aim of enhancing their skills in mediation, networking, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

– Delivered a 3-day training focusing on conflict resolution styles, active listening, negotiation, and fostering a culture of peace.
– A 3-day session aimed at understanding networking importance, stakeholder identification, and sustainable partnership building.
– Conducted a 5-day training on qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, utilizing Kobo tools for data collection and analysis.

Outcomes:

– Empowered Syrian women with essential skills in conflict resolution, enhancing their ability to contribute to mediation processes.
– Enabled women to establish and maintain effective networks and partnerships, facilitating their involvement in mediation and peacebuilding.
– Equipped participants with research skills and the ability to use Kobo tools, strengthening their capacity for evidence-based decision-making and advocacy.
