
Project Design and Report Writing Training
Project Overview:
Solidarités International (SI) aims to enhance the capacity of key staff, including Coordinators, Deputy Coordinators, Managers, and Deputy Managers, in designing and delivering high-quality project proposals and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
– The training program covered topics related to project development, proposal writing, report writing, and the utilization of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks. Participants engaged in practical activities, theory sessions, group work, and case studies to develop their capabilities in these areas.
Outcomes:
– The training yielded positive outcomes for the SI team. Participants gained a deeper understanding of project design principles, effective proposal writing techniques, and donor-specific requirements. They also learned how to incorporate M&E frameworks into their project development processes.
