Project Overview:
The ACT Smart Innovation Hub, supported by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Lebanon and operated under Berytech, aims to foster a sustainable economy in the agrifoodtech and cleantech sectors through innovation and technology. The focus is on creating jobs and empowering entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Onboarding startups and guiding them in customer segmentation, problem identification, and solution development.
– Introduction to customer discovery theory, including pain points, assumptions, Jobs-to-be-done, and persona segmentation.
– Emphasis on Customer Discovery and Experimentation as a recursive process for understanding customer needs.
Outcomes:
– Enhanced startups’ abilities in developing compelling value propositions.
– Improved understanding among startups of their target market and customer needs.
– Successful delivery of a holistic training program integrating theory and practical application.
