Project Overview:
The project, aimed at empowering young women in Tripoli, Beirut, and Chouf, Lebanon, focuses on enhancing career choices and employability. It involves providing high-quality career services, life skills training, job placement, and vocational training. The initiative also aims to strengthen the capacity and resilience of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) amidst economic challenges, facilitating sustainable employment opportunities for women.

Key Responsilibities:
– Developed a Life Skills training program, including leadership, decision-making, effective communication, relationship building, and self-awareness skills.
– Planned and executed TOT life skills training.
– Created training material and conducting group training sessions.
– Evaluated the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.

Outcomes:
– Empowered young women with enhanced employability and decision-making skills.
– Increased job opportunities through effective job matching and vocational training.
– Strengthened capacity of facilitators and MSEs in supporting women’s employment.
– Improved Public-Private dialogue and collaboration in promoting women’s employment.
