Project Overview:
Save the Children sought a Social Media and Digital Marketing service provider to deliver training to a diverse group of youth aged 14-26 in two locations within the country. These youth come from various backgrounds, including Lebanese and refugees, with varying levels of literacy, educational backgrounds, and some facing physical or learning impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provided training sessions on Content Creation and Management, Social Media Advertising, Digital Marketing Strategies, Analytics tools and metrics for measuring the effectiveness of social media and digital marketing efforts.
– Supplied participants with necessary materials, stationery, and access to online platforms as required.
– Monitored the work of the participants during the Work-Based Learning after doing matching between the participants and the MSMEs.

Outcomes:
– Enhanced social media and digital marketing literacy among youth participants.
– Capacity-building for employment pathways in the social media and digital marketing sectors.
– Facilitated work-based learning opportunities, linking trained youth to tech-sector MSMEs.
– Competency-based certifications issued to participants.
– Culturally sensitive and inclusive training sessions for participants from diverse backgrounds.
