Project Overview:
Funded by the French Embassy, SAWA aimed to strengthen community ties and enhance relationships between refugee and host communities in Lebanon through capacity building and effective project management consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Capacity Building Sessions
– Conducted comprehensive Project Management Training for CSOs, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
– Held Negotiation Skills Workshops to equip CSOs with advanced negotiation capabilities for diverse stakeholder engagement.
– Provided training in Emergency Response Preparedness, focusing on readiness and rapid action plans.
– Offered Life Skills Education to enhance personal development and resilience.
