Crisis Management & Digital Marketing Training
Project Overview:
Save The Children initiated a project in response to the Beirut Blast, which had devastating effects on the owners of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs). The objective of the project was to provide support to 100 selected MSMEs by offering Digital Marketing and Crisis Management training. Salem Group collaborated with Save the Children as an implementing partner to execute this project.
Key Responsibilities:
Salem Group, in partnership with Save the Children, undertook the following key responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development: Developed a comprehensive curriculum covering Crisis Management and Introduction to Digital Marketing tailored for MSMEs.
2. Training Materials: Created training materials, including a booklet that could serve as a reference for future trainings by Save The Children’s team. Additionally, developed engaging presentations, established a clear training timeframe with objectives, and incorporated questions and quizzes. Pre and post-assessment tests were designed to measure the effectiveness of the training.
3. Training Delivery: Conducted multiple training sessions to ensure that all 100 participants received both Crisis Management and Digital Marketing training. Provided assistance to participants in understanding how to implement the solutions discussed in their day-to-day operations.
